Frequently Asked Questions

Is this Motion Eyes light universal?

No. The supplier has not provided a verified vehicle compatibility list. Fitment depends on the headlight or lens design, internal clearance, mounting method, wiring, and the exact configuration selected.

What has the supplier confirmed?

The imported listing identifies the product as a Maidsail 10W LED ambient light for car headlights and motorcycle lenses. It offers eight supplier-labelled configurations.

What do “lens”, “plane”, “single”, “dual”, “6 mode”, and “33 mode” mean?

The supplier has not yet explained these option labels clearly enough for customer ordering. They must be confirmed before the product goes on sale.

What voltage and wiring does it use?

Not yet verified. Do not assume 12V or direct compatibility with a particular vehicle. We are requesting the voltage range, wiring diagram, controller details, and package contents from the supplier.

Will I need to open, drill, cut, or reseal the headlight?

The new supplier has not yet confirmed the installation method. Disassembly, mounting work, wiring, modification, or resealing may be necessary depending on the vehicle and headlight, but this must be assessed by a qualified installer.

Can I install it myself?

Professional automotive-lighting installation is recommended. Incorrect installation can affect electrical safety, waterproofing, heat management, visibility, or normal headlight operation.

Is it road legal in Hong Kong?

Decorative vehicle-lighting rules depend on how and where the light is used. Buyers and installers must check current Hong Kong requirements before use on public roads. No road-legality claim is made.

What is included and what warranty applies?

Still being verified. The imported listing contains incomplete option descriptions and conflicting warranty information, so no package-content or warranty promise is made yet.

When will orders open?

The product remains in draft while fitment, installation, option differences, price, inventory, shipping, returns, and warranty terms are checked.
